and this is where I am going to stop... This series has an interesting thread but is just not holding me to continue past book 5.

I have been in love with this movie for ages. I started this audiobook and have not been able to find a hard copy (CD) that is not corrupted (yep, second hand copies are just damaged, sigh). I am just going to have to break down and buy new, possibly on audible. Or just buy the paperback and make time to consume this when I have time.... reshelving to the Want To Read.

So far, loving the scripture but nothing to really stand apart from secular writings.

Okay. I keep trying to find myself TIME to sit and read the hard copy. I keep falling asleep! meep! I am switching back to the Audiobook while I work.

I want to like this more than I do. So far, S Chase has a good direction and I am glad things seem to improve the further I listen, but this narrator needs to step back from the coffee, put down the adrenaline shots, take a deep breath and convey the emotions that are in the words on the pages. Alas he seems on the verge of a breaking story of a horrific nature. It is barely a step up from a monotone reader.

I am listening to the audiobook collection and Kevin T. Collins is annoying as a narrator. Ugh.

already I am done with the aggressive feminist anger. sigh.

I really enjoyed most of these short stories.

I am already tired of Asher's antics and leery of Richard's intent. Poor Anita and JC! Definitely makes sewing more entertaining :)

reading this in hard-copy before bed is interesting as I seem to only make it a couple of pages before nodding off. Long days are often busy, so the quiet time is both wonderful and sleep inducing. :) I am sticking it out!

so I started the audiobook and am just struggling to get into it. I am definitely a fan but gonna put this back on the shelf until I can wrap my head around it.

my audio book failed... been waiting a long while to have it repaired. Library is still working on it. *sigh* back to the shelves for now

The first time I read this I was not a big fan of Micah. But since then I have grown to really enjoy Micah and his dedication to his pard. And even though this is probably the 15th or 50th time I've read this without tracking it here ( my bad ) the pure joy and love that Richard shows at the very beginning is so devastatingly destroyed at the end gets me every single time.

In little bites, this is encouraging, heart-breaking, frustrating, edifying and inspiring. Great for daily meditation!

OH MY GARAGE! Amazing how things can be so clearly painted in the mouths of dialogue and story! I can definitely identify and commiserate! I see that I have some work to do. So glad I finally picked this up, years after it was recommended, as it is very worth the read!

I am soo emotionally invested in this tome that I had to break away and pursue other books for a bit. Ah, Mr. King. You delight and terrify us with such vigor that I am beside myself! The breath of life that you manage to inject into these characters continues to amaze me!

Already, my heart is touched! Excellent affirmation and encouragement!

listening to this one and hating it so much. Asia is a mess, Talon is... cheating? not cheating? I can't figure him out other than he obviously loves to chew on his shoes with the offensive comments. but this narrator? UGH! He gives everyone a whole new level of pathetic. Makes me really not like these characters! Wish it was just CJ Bloom that was narrating instead of her male counter-narrator.
