Honestly, a disappointing read. It started pretty interesting, but halfway through it just dragged on and on, and the last quarter REALLY dragged on and on. The cuteness of the story wore off quickly and the characters got flatter and two-dimensional. Somehow.

DNF. I would have liked this as a tween but the writing is too juvenile to enjoy as an adult even if the compendium of badass women is extensive.

I’ve just read the prologue and it’s already soooooo problematic. Good thing I don’t make a drinking game out of reading this stuff.

Is this a horror story???

Got it back from the library and hopeful to finish while I'm on vacation!

This was a pretty strange but enjoyable read. Kind of goofy but also kind of heartwarming.I enjoyed it, but the overall weirdness will not be for everyone.
