Really sucks so far. Didn’t realize the introduction was partially written by Johnny Depp…that’s interesting, but I’m not sure it’s enough to convince me to keep going. The prose is almost compelling, but the entire first chapter was a very odd sex scene during which the characters complained about their house being made of wood rather than adobe. May ditch it but I’m trying to better myself. We’ll see.
