What a great book so far!

I have saved this for last. Ive read so many Halloween cozies up to this point, the bar is set high! Ive looked forward to this book for a year now. The cover is enough to make me want to eat it! Ha!
Its off to a fantastic start!

Too depressing. I threw the book out.

Very depressing, Im just in the beginning but I dread going back to read more negativity.

Ive almost sat this book down twice. The situations are highly improbable and the main character is a moron and makes ridiculous choices. Ill give it another chapter or two.

I came across this series on Paperbackswap's website. I thought wow....a tough old lady who lives in Colorado...that is all I needed. I am really enjoying this book!

This book is way better than the first book in the series. I like it a lot!

I totally loved this short teeny bopper horror. Reminiscent of 80s short horror in those series you would find here and there. Though this is a modern series, published in 2007.
I liked the story and found it very creepy but the way the story starts out bring told by ghosts, is what makes this so unique and so creepy...Im on to read the rest in this series.

I have set this book down..Im not too sure Ill be picking it back up, but Ill give it some time before I do. The flowery words the author uses only seems to confuse the reader. So many "BIG" words in every sentence, fails to deliver an adequate story line. I do not like this book so far.

Ive wanted to read this for some time. Ive finally scored book one and two, I read just a few pages last night and am already enraptured...I mean come on...A lighthouse? A cat? A library? The ocean? A library with a cat, inside the lighthouse beside the Atlantic ocean??? lol That was confusing BUT....Who wouldn't love that!!

Must be an inadvertent theme, me reading books involving a woman on her own, a single parent, just lost her husband kind of thing. Interesting! Great book so far, I love anything Alaskan!
