I finished the book in like two days. I just kept wanting to read it. I enjoyed it and it came to an ending that was what it should be. Leaving it as that without spoilers. I found it fun and entertaining. Would recommend and would read again.

I am halfway through this book and am thoroughly enjoying it. Based on the review numbers it doesn't seem like a fan favorite. I am so far eager to read other books by this author. So far this book is fast paced and although I think I know who the culprit is, it is fun. That is the best way to describe it, fun. Plus Veronica Mars is one of my favorite shows of all time (except season 4, I disown that season), IYKYK.

I absolutely loved this book. Did it happen, did it not happen? Lol Usually I am not into books that have so many descriptives, but this book is perfection as it helps to bring you into the fantasy world. I cannot wait to read the second book. I wish I would have read this sooner as it is 6 years old now. I must have been living under a rock. Lol

So far I am enjoying the book. Not sure why everyone is giving it such a low score. It is very much a Hallmark type movie in book form.

The first half of the book was so unbelievably slow. I almost DNR the book about 20 times. Kept going cause I was tired of having a lot of books I stopped reading. Got to the 50% mark and the book is thought changed for the better. I thought. It had a great moment and got interesting. Then it kind of fizzled on me again. The ending, did not like. I was so excited to read this book too and it just disappointed me.

After I got used the switching of the chapters I really enjoyed it.

I got this book as one of those blind date with a book where someone wraps it up like a present only puts a few hints to the book on the wrapping. It was a great surprise actually. Between all the twists and turns it kept me interested and the epilogue was chefs kiss.

I really enjoyed this book. I couldn't put it down and read it in one day. Lol I felt the characters were well written and although there were a couple more I wish were more rounded out, it was very good.
