This book is so freakin true and realistic, I got over the initial triggers of "adult child being stuck" scenario. This is how you portray real life but in a romance book setting and I applaud Kate for it. So smart!

Gah, this book is so freakin smart! What a breath of fresh air! I love it when the MCs fight, yell, make up, communicate, work, plot, try to solve mysteries and other things than tropey stuff. Yes it's slower than the average Romantasy but so sharp I'm eating it up!!
