I’m completely distrusting Telsin, I can’t shake the feeling she’s going to betray Wax!

I put this down after chapter 1 back in 2020 because I burned through 1-3; the sudden aging up of Darrow really threw me and I start to get bored of long-winded series’ at around this point. But glad to say, I’m back with minimal confusion to who everyone is! 😂

I miss the first generation cast but Wax and Wayne give me unhinged Sherlock and Watson vibes and I’m here for it!

So far… let’s just say, social media has overhyped the hell out of this book. Shocker. Waiting to not just be going through the motions.

Restarting since I started it on April 20, 2024 but only got to chapter 9 — advised to read 1-3 before tackling The Stormlight Archives.

So far, just as interesting as the first book! It’ll be hard to top this series this year, I think.

So far, a breath of fresh fantasy air after the book that must not be named 🖤

The first anthology I’ve ever read, the spooky and fantastical themes in each story just builds and builds! Great, quick dives into each author’s mind.

Need to wait until I’m done with 7, 8, and 9 because ✨spoilers✨

Shelf limitations on this app is SO frustrating. We really need a DNF option - no, I don’t want to read the book, nor am I currently reading it so I will not be finishing it. Give us a DNF!
