Some reviews are saying this author is AI or uses AI but I really can’t tell if that’s true or not. I am enjoying these books immensely though and I’m not seeing any proof of that. I have definitely called out AI books before so it’s not like I’m completely oblivious. Just going to keep enjoying them.

I’m just going to say this book is a masterclass to writers on how to SHOW and not tell. The amount of times I’ve paused just to take in a moment (squeal). The writing style will NOT be for everyone but it is perfect for me, and if you like Catherine Cloud you will get along just fine with this author too.

I’m actually loving this! Been a while since I’ve read an mm hockey romance, and I’ve read A LOT of them.

Jorg gets all the best lines. He’s moved up there with Kvothe, Kaz, and Gansey as one of my fave characters of all time.

Not sure why Jorg is advertised as never really being redeemed. To me he is at this point. I don’t know any other way to see it.

This is so sweet. He really does have some humanity. He loves his brothers

If you want a character who really leaps off the page, Jorg is your boy.

So I’m actually really obsessed with this book. I always it would be too dark and disturbing for me and in a way it is but I can handle it!
