Thought provoking, certainly. Sometimes mind-boggling (but then, I AM a bear of little brain), not the most well written book in the world, but I gather that it originates from a blog. A nice, straight forward friendly style, with ideas that could well change your perception of your world for good.

Not the sort of book to read in small bites at bedtime! I wish I had found out more about it from reviews BEFORE I started reading it, then I would have been prepared, and not so concerned that I was finding it more of a challenge than my usual books! Having said that, it is a very good book for sure, and I may even read it again, in the mornings when I've half a chance of having a brain!

Very different, very thought-provoking, refreshing, am reading it in short bursts so that I can assimilate this new take on life.
