Amanda is 47% done with Ninth House (Alex Stern, #1)
I love Leigh Bardugo so of course I bought this right away when it came out, but between a major reading slump and wariness of dark academia, I waited a long time to actually start this one. I shouldn’t have worried! It’s great! It’s quite dark but definitely more fantasy than dark academia. I just bought the sequel so I’ll be ready to dive in when this one is over.
