Highly recommended to anyone who has dealt with anxiety. really like how she differentiates between “false” anxiety caused by too much caffeine, lack of good rest and sleep, blood sugar rollercoaster typical of the standard American diet, alcohol, insufficient exercise or time in nature VS “true” anxiety based on perhaps a past trauma or a life path that doesn’t match with one’s true north.
