The FMC continues to disappoint. 😆 she keeps talking of how she wants to stop being a puppet, yet whenever she gets a remote chance of actually doing something - she decides to remain being a damsel in distress. I really hope this book is just a “slow burn” when it comes to her character development and she will stop being handed over from one male to another like a doll in the third book.
