This is the slowest start ever omg

Can’t remember the last time, if ever, I wanted to DNF at 85% the way done. Violet is the worst. Like, mistakes happen. She’s the kind of girl that will ruin a brunch. And there’s mimosas at brunch, that’s hard to do.

Helena knows how to write a hateable FMC, that’s for sure. This was adorable, charming, and relatable. But the FMC almost made me DNF so many times.

Annoying alert: “I have never seen my parents kiss”. After 30 years of marriage? Tell me you have no frame of reference for complicated marriages without telling me 🙄

Aaaaaaaand the best kind of predictable. Watch me hobble this up in one day.

I only retained like 33% of this. But, I loved it.

I haven’t been able to stop since I started. I’m already dreading this book ending. CAN WE FIND THE GUY FROM THE ROBBERY ALREADY?!
