It's incredible that this was written in 1946. 'The food that we eat is what makes us sick and die prematurely'
'Over-eating is one of the greatest curses of our modern day' & 'Today men forget the fact that many of us are not in need of three large meals per day..Although many are of the opinion that unless a person eats three big meals a day he is being under-fed'
