I feel like this is all over the place.

I'm listening to the audio. I hope the broken language of the FMC ends at some point. If not, I may have to read the ebook.

This book.... It feels like it will never end. I'm on hold for now. I will finish eventually.

I’m more than halfway through this book. 5 trials down, 7 more to go?!! This book is dragging for me. Had a solid start but I’m not connecting with the characters at all.

I feel like this could move at a little faster pace.

I’m loving! This is the book I’ve needed for a while.

I’m glad that Oraya starts out strong. I get annoyed when the FMC is a weakling that has to come into her strength.

Narrated by Sissy Spacek!! Need I say more?

Ok, I've gotten to the really good part of the book.

Not much spice, some tension. Lots of internal dialogue. I feel like I want the story to move along. Too much day in day out.

The first 6 hours of this book have been slow to me. I know it bares the burden of set up, but......

Excellent!! And his has been on my TBR for over a decade. I’m so glad to have finally read it. This is also my first Tarryn Fisher read and I’ll just say I’m looking forward to more.

I’m about 8 hours in and I don’t like Alexander right now. He’s a player playing sister. And Tatiana…. Well she’s young but no excuse for her either.
