Jax is annoying me right now with how much hatred he has for Rhen because like it's unnecessary and then Harper coming in being so obnoxious about "everyone has their past" like girl shut up
Like obviously don't because it's going to come to a resolution and probably Jax and Rhen will become best friends but it's annoying lol

I love that this book is all about building relationships The use of 2 languages and the barrier that creates is so cool to see in action (w/o it being too hard for the characters) Also I love the new characters Malin and Sephran the interaction with Jax and Sephran "We no need Malin" <3 <3 <3

I got to act too I don't think I love this book I think that there's not enough talking in between characters so I get bored very easily

Alek is just an asshole. that's it. he is a pompous jerk and I don't think that he's ever going to turn around but I almost want him to turn around just because of how Callyn is feeling and yeah he did help her fix up her barn and he does speak some-what reasonable at times but he's all filled with these flip-flopping views and a twisted sense of justice
Actually that's just it he has a fucked up sense of justice

I do love that Jax and Callyn are foils. I find it so interesting that they are so similar yet on completely different paths but still taking equal actions at the same time. I am so glad that I'm re-reading this book bc I had completely forgotten everything from 2 years ago

I feel like callyn is betraying Jax and i get it she's hurt that he's gay but COME ON GIRL suck it tf up don't be so butthurt
Tycho is such a fun character and I kno I've read this b4 but Ive forgotten EVERYTHING all I know is that Tycho and Jax get together and I think that Callyn gets turned evil

Bro this book is not good and I'm so sad that it's not good. Like I was anticipating a book that delved deep into them falling in love while having each other's phone and not having that be like the first quarter of the book and then the rest having like this giant feud and finding love through that. Both of them are so stubborn it doesn't feel fun

I will say this about harlequins I love that they throw you right into the middle of a story to get your attention
I hate this book already just because of all the assumptions that these men are making about women but I do want to see how far this will go

this changed from beauty and the beast to hunger games real fast
