Any book that asks why politicians get to issue commands to the rest of us and why we're supposed to obey is worth reading. Looking forward to finishing this book!

I've become enamored of the novel, thanks, in part, to this book. It's heartwrenching, and there's always this tension. How does it end?

Lots of twists and turns here...I'm enjoying very much the expression of Sam's ego.

I love Nick Hornby's sort of stream-of-consciousness way of writing. It makes for fun reading.

I forgot how enjoyable this book is. So far I am "getting a bang" out of the Salinger's writing.
