تعريف فروم للطبيعة البشرية:
الأسئلة، و ليس الإجابات هي جوهر الإنسانية.

إذا كنت لا تدري فتلك مصيبةٌ….
و إن كنت تدري فالمصيبةُ أعظمُ

ان الحاجات تحتاج سلع جديدة، و السلع الحديدة بحاجة الى حاجات ورغبات جديدة، ان ظهور النزعة الاستهلاكيه يبشر بعصر"الزوال الداخلي" للسلع المعروضه في السوق و يشير الى ارتفاع مذهل لصناعة التخلص من النفايات!!!!

يفسر فكرة اعادة التدوير !!!!

ان التهافت على صالونات التحميل يصدر جزئياً من مخاوف وجودية و ان استخدام مستحضرات التحميل ليس ترفاً، يقوم السادة و السيدات بصبغ شعرهم خوفاً من ان يتم الاستغناء عنهم ككائنات لم تعد صالحة للاستعمال !
و و قس على ذلك اشياء كثيرة

النظرة البرجوازية للحياة المهتمة بالسعادة، تماماً كالنظرة الماركسية التي تقمن الإنسان المنتج، تشاركان في تثمين الحياة العادية!

و تحول مفهوم الحياة العادية من حياة مستقرة لحياة يملؤها التشيؤ

الأزمة في بداية القرن الحادي والعشرين والموجة القوية التي خلقتها صدمة الحركات الاجتماعية والثقافية (النسوية والمطالب الجنسية المثلية). يساعد كل هذا في "عالم الشبكات" حيث تميل الهياكل الهرمية والتسلسل الهرمي إلى الاختفاء

بدأ الرجال الأرستقراطيون في ارتداء الشعر المستعار والملابس الضيقة ، والخروج بالبودرة والعطور

في المجتمعات الغربية ، تغيرت معايير الذكورة. في القرن السابع عشر ، عندما انخفض تواتر الحروب ، تراجعت القيم الذكورية لصالح المزيد من القيم النسوية:

المساواة بين الجنسين .. ادى الى اضطرابات في الهوية الذكورية و النسوية . يفترض ان يعاد تعريف الهويات!

ومع الاصوليين من كل معتقد وجب عليهم تحدي الديمقراطية

وما لا يمكن التنبؤ به الآخر هو اللايقين مصدر الخوف ونموذجه الأصلى ومجازات آخر النظام هى عدم قابلية التعريف، والتفكك، والشذوذ، وعدم التطابق، واللامنطقية، واللاعقلانية، والالتباس، والإبهام

فالنظام بوصفه مفهومًا، ورؤيةً، وهدفًا،لا يمكن تصوره إلا بالولوج إلى الإبهام الشامل وعشوائية الفوضى. فالنظام يخوض باستمرار حرب البقاء. و"آخر النظام" ليس نظامًا آخر،بل إن الفوضى هى بديله الوحيد "آخر "النظام" هو وبال ما لا يمكن تحديده.

فليس الصراع من أجل النظام حرب تعريف ضد تعريف آخر، ولا حرب طريقة للتعبير عن الواقع ضد تعريف منافس، بل هو حرب الفصل ضد الاختلاط، حرب الدقة الدلالية ضد الإبهام، حرب الشفافية ضد الضبابية، حرب الوضوح ضد الالتباس.
