Nope, definitely an editing error. "I've never come to earth for longer than twenty-four hours." I don't know. A bit annoying. Trips me up every time. Pretty sure the author is referring to the planet, rather than a spiritual plane. Just annoying, since they have no problem capitalizing Scotland and Otherworld.
