86 pages in, I'm giving up. The book was neither enjoyable nor well written. In the few paragraphs before giving up I counted at least 9 sentences that weren't actually sentences. I'm not usually a grammar stickler, but this book is so poorly written and edited. I am beyond baffled as to why I heard it described as an "it" book of summer.
