So far this is very rushed and the timeline of things isn’t matching up.

Not enjoying this. I don’t find Ryan relatable or realistic. Feels like her behavior was written for shock value. So far there’s not much to the story. Unfortunately it’s looking like a DNF to me.

Starting off a bit slow and I’m struggling with the names of characters and places, but fingers crossed.

This book is in dire need to editing. There have been some inaccuracies, but at chapter 23 this is becoming unreadable. I thought I was having issues with my eyes…there’s no way a published book could have this many errors. A real shames, as the story and characters make for a good read.

Started reading this last night. Not loving the writing, not sure I’ll be able to make it through. :(

I have been in such a terrible book funk, this is exactly what I needed!

The way the characters speak.... the words they use... It's not consistent, and the reactions are still highly unbelievable. Getting closer to DNF-land.

Not too far into, but I'm already aggravated by how Evie is just accepting that Reed can make people do things with his voice. This might quickly become a DNF for me.

This is my 3rd attempt, let's see how far I can get...
