A book written by a man who is two years sober. Accessible writing backed up by research and peppered with anecdotal snippets. This book is a quick read for the #sobercurious. Having had a struggle for the past four years, it is good to unpin my new life choice with a recollection of why this is the most difficult journey I have ever been on, but it also beneficial to remind myself why I chose this path.

I am intrigued that I want to continue reading ad I do, ad a rule, read self help books but I have listened to Africa several times and she gives me hope. Now let's see if she can release my inner demons before it's too late 😁

Not loving it
