Nothing like having a book deadline to make you want to clean house!

Just figured out a timeline issue I was having with my novel. It wasn’t a plot hole, exactly. It as more that some scenes toward the end needed to be moved up and I wasn’t sure how to make it flow. One good night’s sleep and a shower later, and I have it!

DNF, and probably won't in this format. I think I need an audio version.

I always forget to add my Audible and library books to Goodreads, so then I do it all at once and it looks like I’m reading 10 books a day. 🤣

Definitely looking forward to the cooler, slower season so I can read more. I also realized I have not been keeping up with my paper copies of books read on here! So I need to update that before the year is out so they count towards the challenge. Oops!

I’m not going to try to finish this one. The storyline is interesting but I’m tired of trying to wade through unedited text, narration that pulls me out of the story, & head-hopping. This book needs developmental and line editing, and should be pulled from the shelf until it’s revised.

Restarting this one since I only got about half way through this summer and haven't read any of it for a few months.
