I love the story, however, I am finding that I am not liking Elspeth as much as when I started the series. The other characters are very likable, especially her aunt. Let’s see how it goes.

Conversations within conversations. Mr. Spiegelman is a wordsmith. I love it!

I have been trying to gauge how I feel about this book. I tried to put it aside as I thought I needed a hi-octane thriller, but I cannot put it aside.. it is a slow-burn so far where the conversations appear to be getting hotter and hotter. I am literally contemplating this phrase “There’s a coat hereabouts that could use a washing, too.”. I am coming to a realization that this sentence is very inflammatory.

I am yelling “this book!” “this book!” “this book!”. I am close to the end and I do not want it to end.

A Long Night in Paris by Dov Alfon. So far it is an excellent book. I am truly excited to get this look at fiction about the Israeli service from a former Intelligence officer of the 8200 unit who has the ability to give a factual look at some of the way things work. Great mystery and thriller.

I am seriously excited to have received an e-Arc of Return to Umbria! I love this series. I cannot wait to read it and delve into the mystery and vivid descriptions of Italy just when I am heading there myself this week. Great timing!

Completely awesome as expected! I am listening to the audio version and the narrator, Moira Quirk, is terrific.

I love Rick's interactions with DiMaio. Hilarious. Thos installment has excellent humor. I can't wait to see where Rick travels nextv I love this series!

Absolutely hilarious book

Having trouble with this one also. I suspect I am hitting a reading rut so putting this one down for a bit also.

Will have to come back to this. Not sure if it is my mood or the self-deprecating comments. I laughed out loud to the first part of it so I want to try it again in a few days.

Excellent, action-packed book with great twists and turns and deep characters even the evil ones.

I don't know if this was intentional but, this book is hilarious!
