Maybe I made the mistake expecting some kind of fun adventure from this book because of the creatures and setting but it kind of went nowhere. This book definitely made me want to go sit at a coffee shop, but I still wanted that sense of adventure and sadly that wasn’t here

I never thought a coffee shop and mythical/fantasy creatures would make for a decent little story.

I really enjoy this as a graphic novel. I will say it does make it kind of hard to follow the story at parts. I would like to read the actual book to see how the graphic novel compares
