Reading Matrescence has been a journey. A journey into self and the recent past when I had a child. Lucy Jones has raised so many issues, concerns, thoughts - which I had when I was early into Matrescence and thought maybe I was crazy. She extends and creates a kinship of mothers where we can attempt to understand why we feel the way we do.
