Feels like I'm reading a thesis. It is very well resourced, but it is not an easy read. There are a lot of side trips and ramblings along the way, some of which were slightly difficult to follow because of the assumed knowledge required on the part of the reader.

The "New Groupthink" isn't much better than the old one, to me. I have to commend the author on her presentation of the trends over the last few decades. As an introvert who has had to adapt to the popular extrovert culture, it's a comfortable reassurance.
