Just about everything after the first few chapters till the hunting party episode could have been cut with no loss to the plot

Detailed telling about waste removal and market trips, when does the story start? All the exposition about a far more interesting story when Arthur overthrew Uther and fought a war against a dark witch, but no, we spend time watching Guenevere go to market and wander around the castle.

When does this get interesting? Why is everything so dreary? Why is this book considered a 90s witchy classic?

And part 2 begins by going full Shakespeare

The French king gets off on women crying and George gets off on being threatened with death... idk why we needed this info

Almost 2 hours into the book when we finally see one of the York boys

Chapter 15, the dullest account of a battle I've ever read

Half way through and so far it's a nice slice of life of Edward IV during his adolescence but not much of anything is actually happening

Clinton claims that she can't understand why people say they don't know her then goes on to talk about all the relevant documents that have been released about her over the years (tax returns, medical records, donation records etc) but that's not what anyone means when they say they want to know who someone is, and the fact that she can't see that is exactly why she wasn't able to win in 2016.
