I mean, its giving motherhood in modernity but I'm still waiting to see exactly where we're going here. (Is it all just "here I am, primal and isolated and unselfed and probably should be running through the woods like the creature i feel I've become??) I'm waiting for the run through the woods part.

Loving this biography/memoir about David Lynch's life and work. I'm not generally much for non-fiction but it is bringing me a great deal of joy to read about his life and creative projects, including from his own perspective.

I haven't read a book for fun (an adult book) in over 3 months so I'm enjoying this! I'm wondering why I'd pick a work-adjacent themed book to read (??) but I needed a laugh and I guess I'm also dipping my toe in the water so to speak.
