This makes me want to visit Sicily.

8 pages in and already I’m annoyed at my inability to highlight and share quotes in a paper book. Not gonna type them out, but stuff is very on point. Motherhood is a horror show!

When you’re reading something by an author who usually writes so sweet and pure, and it gets like 5% dirty, then you’re more shocked than when you read a whole book that’s actually truly dirty, lol!

Is it just me, or is this very slow? I mean, the writing is fine, the characters are okay, just… it’s like, not calling to me to pick it up again and I keep forgetting to read more, lol!

Not really digging all of the football talk, but the mystery of what happened to him is dragging me along.

It’s funny to see The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a related book in the algorithm, because I just had that same thought last night, with the narrative style and plot gimmick that this book uses. I have to say I much preferred Wallflower over this one.
