I like that the author includes foraged food. I'm really raising my left eye brow at the addition of grains and legumes being that it is "Paleo." Shouldn't it be called something else, hmmm? Boy the lines are being blurred, as well as her inclusion of Primal in the subtitle. I got the book for additional greens recipes and ideas. I'll just filter out the none paleo recipes since I don't need to combine my proteins.

I cannot put this book down!

I didn't really care for the book. Smashing ending, but lacked the magic to keep me engaged before that.

I started reading this book as the temperature dipped to 1 degree F. It felt balmy compared to what was depicted in the book.

I'm really enjoying reading about this author's childhood and young adulthood. I will recommend this book to my foodie friends as it is very reveling about catering and night clubs.

Easy to read and use. Hope it works to rewire my brain from pain.

I'm super excited to have received this book. I looked ahead at all the exercises. I took my first Kettlebell class today. It is reassuring that the class confirmed what this book states and depicts.

I'm thinking this book should be required reading in high school. I am really, really enjoying this book and relating to the author too.

I keep having flash backs for Stephen King's The Stand and wondering if Evan is stuck in a Groundhog Day loop until he behaves.
