I’m absolutely loving listening to this! I love the narrator and it is so fun to have little parts recorded in Gladys’s voice. I think she is so great and I believe in and relate to so much of her approach to health and medicine. I bought a hardback a few chapters in because there were too many gems I wanted to highlight.
