I hadn't heard of some of these stories before. Very interesting. It even includes "The Owl and the Baker's Daughter" referenced in "Hamlet"! I would like to have more details in the super short appendix. I understand the intended audience is children, but more lengthy information about the research process and sources would be so interesting to read!

Started out very strong in the first couple of chapters, but now it's kinda meh. Will try to keep going, but no guarantees I will care enough to finish

I just got it from the library today and cannot put it down. It's the type of book I would read under the covers past bedtime with a flashlight. Highly recommend!

Got bored halfway through... The writing is great, but the plot didn't thrill me.

The beginning was weak because it's unrealistic for a seven year old girl to talk and act like what should be a 12 year old. The 4th chapter of the first post read the strongest so far. On to Part 2 to catch up with Lila Bard!

I'm getting frustrated with all of the made up new gibberish (new planets, new alien races). The GFFA is already so rich and diverse. I don't understand the need to make up new things. I'm skipping over the stupid to get to the plot (example: "I met him on Caragon before I went to Elphrona" none of these places are in the OT, PT or EU ). The first novel Light of the Jedi did the same thing and it's getting annoying!
