The book is a brief History of Allahabad University. It has wonderful stories , anecdotes, idiosyncrasies and eccentricities of galaxy of legends and personalities at the institution.. Some of them are G.Thibaut, Amarnath Jha, Professor Ranade, Ishwari Prasad, Firaq Gorakhpuri, Harivanshrai Bachchan and many others. The book takes us through a different era altogether and leaves an indelible imprint in our minds.
