I don’t like this book at all. I don’t care about this man and his feelings about his breakup. I got this as a freebie on Audible so will probably keep listening.

I really wish someone had talked the author out of adding a 'g' in the middle of words like "explagnation" and "dognation" and "altergnatives". Apparently she's done it to mimic the infestation of gnats in the church, but it's just unnecessary and pulls me out of the story every single time. My attention span is NOT okay, staying focused is hard enough without being interrupted by a device that adds nothing.

I like the story and the romance aspect and the characters quite a bit. The writing tends to zoom out when I want it to zoom in, and zooms in when I want it to zoom out. A bit frustrating but the romantic relationship between the two main characters was unique and kinda hot and well done.

As with all of Harrow's novels, I do not always understand what the hell is going on here, but I'm into it nonetheless.

oh now, it took me 200 full pages to get into this, and now I like it too much and it's going too fast!

210 pages in and this book is finally starting to draw me in!

I really wanted to love this book but unfortunately it didn't work for me.
