As an armchair cycling fan I thoroughly enjoyed this 3600k romp around an early 2000s Tour de France route. I actually did cry with laughter at least once on the journey.

I am reading this for librivox.org. It will eventually be published as an audiobook.

I got this book from one of my sons for Christmas many years ago. I think it’s time to read it.

Such hard work. I’m thinking this is a wonderful extemporisation by Morley, more about himself than Dylan, using Bob as a framework. May give it up!

I’m really enjoying this autobiography. Scott Timberg (co-writer) and Thompson are doing a good job.

I’ve been thinking for ages why would this happen? Why would a high-rise building populated by professional types degenerate into a hotbed of violence and general mayhem for no other reason than they’re living in a high-rise.

Then I read Julie‘s review and absolutely agree with it. I’ll carry on reading to see what happens in the end, but there is an underbelly of disbelief I’m bouncing along on.

Finished this eventually. I was only reading a story a night and there are 100 at least. I enjoyed it although found the Scots dialect slowed me down. Lots of old fashioned, silly, enjoyable stories. I recommend it.

Nice 2,3 or 4 page short stories. I can read 1 or 2 easily before going to sleep. The dialect took a little getting used to but it’s okay now :)

Wondering where it’s going. There are 2 more in this Madd Addam series :(

6:42 into 12 hrs + of this audiobook. Doesn’t really seem to be getting anywhere. Should I stick with it?!
