I’m struggling with this one for possibly a dumb reason…the book takes place In New Mexico, but so far not one character is Hispanic? It’s almost impossible to live in a predominantly white area in Albuquerque. So for me it’s not realistic, if you’re going to write a story in a place you’ve never been, then do some research on the area at least.

Im just over half way through this and I’m failing to understand the hype. Im having to force myself to continue, it’s a bore for me.

This book, is exactly what I needed to get out of my extreme reading rut!!

I was excited to read this one but now I’m stuck and have no motivation to continue 🤔
