this book is half legit and half malarky. it has me screaming foul half the time. the stories are so bogus it hurts. but I can agree with much of the stuff in here based on my own personal experiences with hypothyroidism.

Half way through this and it just gets better and better, though it is pretty drawn out. Now I can't put it down.
