This is why I enjoy this author’s writing so much:
“These are the reasons why I don’t “do” romance in the real world. If I want to be disappointed, I’ll buy off Temu.”

I’m really trying not to DNF this one. I usually like Coble’s books, but so far this just seems like a recounting of one sketchy event after another, and I’m not feeling very connected to or invested in these characters yet. Gonna push on and hope that changes.

And now a Little Mermaid reference!

Only on the first page, and I’m already laughing. 🤣

Over 100 pages in, and I’m super annoyed at the back-and-forth, wishy-washy FMC. Hoping this gets better!

Super interesting so far! I love that Alberino takes a Biblically logical approach to many of the traditionally held Christian beliefs.

Only a couple chapters in, and I have a feeling this is going to be a good (but uncomfortable) read.

"What would you do if you weren't afraid?" I'm looking forward to diving in to this book.
