I may have to drop this series. A couple books ago I was complaining about “I am woman hear me roar.” Now I’m annoyed because Charles says “I wanted to be rip-roaring mad but because they were women I held my tongue.” Are women strong as lions or weak as lambs? I’m confused.

Finally made it to the final book!

I’m hold while I finish the throne of glass series. Could be a while until I get back to this one.

I've read this author before and loved her literary prose and unique humor. I'm having a hard time getting into this one though...maybe because I'm in the middle of "Empire of Storms" but waiting for it to come back to me.

Enjoying this one, but it's on hold because Queen of Shadows is available. I'll go back to this one as soon as I can.

Don't ask me what prompted me to choose this book. I wanted something different and I got it. This book is already crazy, but it's fun so here we go.

I'm moving this back to my "Want to Read" shelf. I'm two hours into the audiobook and I just can't seem to get interested. I need something more lively.

I’m about halfway through this book and I’m not extremely excited about it. Not sure if I’ll finish this one. I love the dog but have to agree with some other reviews in this one. The owners are acting like children.

I’ve been listening to these on audio and they are hilarious. This one I actually have to read. I hope I enjoy it as much as the audiobook.

I’m not sure if I’m going to like these. So far all I’ve read about is how hot the guy is and how hot the girl is 🙄 I’m starting to wonder if there’s a story in here somewhere.

Second time through this series. There are a few new books and I loved them so much I decided to just start all over.

Was just trying to get the second book in this series to realize it isn't out yet!!! What in the world?? I've had it on my to-read shelf since 2015. Strange.

I just can't seem to finish this book. I was 95% done when it expired again. I do enjoy this author. Sweet old fashioned English romances.

I'm very much enjoying this book but I'm out of time and there's a wait list for it. Probably be another couple months before I can get back to it. 😕
