Time to start on book three!

This starts off pretty gory lol

There's a lot more singing in this than I remember the first time I read it.

Pretty interesting so far. I think it's a good exploration of fallacy, hypocrisy, extremism, and elitism.

Two more books down, time to start on The Screwtape Letters!

I like the humor.

Pretty neat so far. Might go back through after I'm done to do the exercises but I'm already doing a lot of what's in here.

Payday again! That means more books!

I didn't notice adding a book straight to a shelf automatically marked it as Read lol. Had to fix my shelves for challenges. :(

The unexpected consequence of buying so many books at once is that I'm not sure which one I want to read first and now I'm paralyzed with indecision.

This is hard to get through even as an audiobook. It just keeps pausing the action to jump in to exposition I usually don't care enough about to justify the pause. And the timeline keeps jumping around - not just between childhood and adulthood, but it also drops an action-filled opening to a chapter just to rewind to show how you got to that point and repeating the opening.

Man this is dark. I like the humor so far though. Poor cat :(

Payday! Time to buy some more books.
