I’m struggling with this story. I keep reading a few chapters and then putting it down to do something else. I just can’t get into it! The Florence and Reagan POVs are so unnecessary. Are Medra and Blake no longer the MCs?

Okay…. Medra is so impulsive and stubborn. V similar to Feyre, Violet, etc. So far this feels like amalgamation of every romantasy I’ve read/Harry Potter. I’m hoping it gets more exciting now that I’m past the half way mark.

Ok, Ro needs to grow a backbone. I just can’t get behind her and I can’t understand why Freddy keeps describing her as a role model?! She is in an abusive relationship and she keeps putting herself in situations where she needs rescuing. So far- Freddy- you can do better.
