There were a couple of issues I had with this book but overall I enjoyed it. Still giving it three stars because several of the plot points had me either rolling my eyes or wanting to scream. I think I need a break from unrealistic love stories for a bit though.

This book was decent but not great. It was just a bit far fetched. I mean a trained assassin no one knows what looks like but he makes so many stupid mistakes? Maybe I’m too used to Karin Slaughter and her unexpected endings but it fell flat for me. It had a lot of potential though.

I adore Christina Lauren but this one was a dud for me. I just couldn’t find the will you finish it.

I’m going to have to say, the premise of this book is neat but the follow through is ridiculous! I’m only finishing it because I’d like to see how this train wreck ends. Because there is no way this is going to end well. Like at all!! 60% through. 2 stars this far. The writing is great. The premise is just. “SERIOUSLY??”
