This is slow going and rage inducing, but I’ve just reached a part where she’s talking about how a black man tried to get chokeholds banned in the LAPD and is unsuccessful, and I’ve just read in the news that as a result of the George Floyd protests that’s happening today. It’s of course inexcusable that it took this long but it’s nice to see some tangible success.
