Very interesting. I'm a trained STEM type and I agree with the author's view. What he's really saying is that journalists just don't get it right.

So far, I agree with his preface material that outlines his view of science. It's certainly the one I've known and used.

Not a knee-slapper but reasonably humorous. Too much sex for my liking.

I don't usually read memoirs, but a mentee wanted to discuss. I find the book fascinating and nicely written. Yes, I've known -- and even taught -- folks that the author portrays. Her overcoming the curse of her background is inspiring.

Very interesting book. It's fun to read because the author is writing for a general audience.

I gave up on it.
