You know when you start a book and the only thing you know about it is that it is popular? Yeah that's how I feel about this book.....I feel like I just got dropped in the middle of the story with 0 context and I'm lost 😂 enjoying it but lost af. No idea who the main guy is even supposed to be yet. I guess i'll find out at the same time as the FMC 🤷🏻‍♀️

Part 1 finished and I will say, Kaladin might be a new favorite character 😩 I love this boy already

Overall, I'm enjoying this SOOO much. Kind of sad where leaving Shallan and Kaladin behind and getting to meet new characters

I picked my first book of February.....Am I cooked? Or in for a great (long) time? We will find out, but I got my snacks and a day off tomorrow 😌

I'm not really sure how I feel about this....it's a very lukewarm book right now

Are we surprised I had to start this one immediately after finishing Bride? Of course not

Now that I am halfway through the book, I can definitely say I agree with some of the reviews....this is very infodumpy. Not saying it's a terrible thing but, like I said when I first started reading it, it feels like being dropped in the middle of a 6 book series without prior knowledge of the previous 3 books 😬
