Decided to start reading again yesterday after a break. It’s gotten much better and I’m curious to see where it goes from here.

It’s so dark that I had to put it aside for awhile.

Very YA, but I’m caught up in the story. I’m rooting for Agatha to prove them all wrong. I can’t stand Sophie, but I’m hopeful she’ll have a redemption arc.

I’ve read every single book in the In Death series and I love catching up with all the characters. This one legitimately made me cry. One of her best yet!!

I just finished chapter 21 and all I can say is OH. MY. F-ING. URD!!!!! I may have to re-read that chapter. There was A LOT in there!!!

I enjoy moments, but it’s dragging in other scenes. I can’t decide if I love it or hate it. lol

The MFC is pissing me off right now. I’m not giving up yet, but she better stop acting like a spoiled child because I won’t be able to take it much longer. I really enjoyed the first book of this series, so I’m wanting to like one too. So far, not so much. I know the writer is trying to create conflict, but why do it just for the sake of creating conflict???

Lots of great ideas.
