Listened to the audiobook during my commute. I felt like it was a good book, but not my favorite. The characters were all flawed to the point where I was having trouble rooting for them. They were consistent with the setting, which was also terribly flawed. There were some moments of human wisdom, and I feel like I might get more out of a second read, but the library wait list is huge. 4 of 5.

I wanted a book I didn’t have to listen too closely to during my commute. It was perfect for that. When it was returned electronically to the library, I took this book’s advice: I didn’t give a care! It was chock full of unlogic, internal contradictions, and just enough conventional wisdom to make you believe that it might be useful wisdom rather than BS. It was like trying to take self-help from George Carlin.

I forgot how good this series was. Having last read it 30 years ago, I remembered a lot of the first book and some of the third book and forgot most of this book!

A quick and thought provoking read so far. Enjoying the points the author is making. I can hear the opening music of some of my childhood cartoons as I read.

Still early in the book, but the author has maintained a good portion of the tension from the cliffhanger of book 2. Looking forward to seeing the plot develop over the next 20-40%.

I feel like I am missing parts while driving. Wondering how an individual can prompt or enact change without the buy-in from supervision. Without a champion that holds authority, is it possible to conduct a grass-roots led change?

I wish I had a print copy as well as audiobook. There are some key points I feel like I’m missing as I listen during my commute.

I set it down at 21%. Rereading the first bit because I feel like I forgot some of the details that may prove important later.
