PNR is always hit or miss for me and with the lack of world building from the start and the tenses switching from past to present within the same paragraph, I'm thinking this book isn't for me.

When I signed up to review this, it didn't have the DD/lb warning attached to the blurb. I struggle with "daddy" kinks or pet names eve when minimally used, so I'll just pass rather than give a biased review.

Dnf @15% comic book style romance complete with supervillains, superpowers, and a manta ray suit. Not my style, so I don't think this would be fair to rate/review

Dnf @ 20% style and tempo of the book simply isn't working for me and I can't stay interested.
