With the actions we are launching today, America will think big once again. Important words: Think big. We haven't been thinking big again as a country. We will inspire millions of children to carry on this proud tradition of American space leadership---and they're excited---and to never stop wondering, hoping, and dreaming about what lies beyond the stars.

As FFC Chairman Ajit Pai said when the rule was repealed:

Following today's vote, Americas will still be able to access the websites they want to visit. They will still be able to enjoy the services they want to enjoy...There will still be cops on the beat guarding a free and open internet. This is the way things were prior to 2015, and this is the way they will be once again.

To express these large numbers in a more relatable way: If the regulatory machine in America were a counrtry, it would be the seventh largest economy in the world --- ranking just ahead of Italy but behind India.

Because many in the anti-Trump coalition think that American society is inherently racist, they don't think that different ethnic groups should be expected to embrace a common, American culture. They view the melting pot as a form of arrogant cultural supremacy and prefer America to be "multicultural."
